Summary

For Albanian Post (Posta Shqiptare), Optima Communication provided full-scale event management and production services for the PostEurop General Assembly. The project included comprehensive coordination of:

• Venue setup for Secretariat, Executive Board and General Assembly sessions
• Technical equipment, staging and conference infrastructure
• Catering services (coffee breaks, business lunches, farewell dinner)
• Official transportation logistics (Tirana–Krujë–Tirana)
• Cultural program and museum visit arrangements

In addition, we developed and produced all event branding and visibility materials, including:

• Promotional roll-ups and banners
• Official event logo adaptation
• Conference materials kits (custom folders, notebooks, pens)
• Nameplates and protocol signage
• Invitations and printed photography
• Exhibition and philatelic display station

The result was a professionally executed international assembly that reflected Albania’s hospitality, organizational capacity, and institutional excellence within the European postal network.
